Volunteering

TVEC functions primarily off of a large group of amazing teens and adults who volunteer their time to serve God at TVEC. You must be 12 years old to volunteer (unless specific arrangements are made with the staff). People of all horsemanship experience levels are welcome - we're sure to have a job for everyone! can always use volunteers. Contact Us if you are interested and we will do our best to answer your questions, get you through a Volunteer Training and get you plugged into TVEC.

Areas of Volunteering:

- Horse care

- Chores

- General help with lessons

- Volunteering at Summer Horse Clinics

- Office work

- Schooling horses

- Praying

- Grounds maintenance

- Taking pictures and/or video at clinics

- General farm upkeep

- Other

Volunteer Training

Every one who wants to volunteer at True Vine must go through a Volunteer Training. Contact us with questions or to find out when the next training is.

Seasons of Volunteering

- Stable Management Team: Late fall - early spring (Helping with general chores, feeding, cleaning stalls, groom horses, may have opportunity to learn groundwork)

- Lessons: Spring - fall (Feed horses, do chores, get horses ready for students, lead/sidewalk students, help students saddle/groom)

- Summer Horse Clinics: June - July 

Summer Clinics

We will need your help! Without volunteers, we have no way of doing Summer Clinics! Returning volunteers must attend a Summer Camp Volunteer Training session. (See Volunteer Page!) New volunteers are encouraged to attend the Volunteer Clinic, which includes your training and lets you enjoy the clinic experience. Volunteer Clinic campers will also help with our Angel Tree Clinic at the end of the week.
