True Vine Apprentice Program

The purpose of the True Vine Apprentice Program (TVAP) is to develop Godly leaders who are connected to and empowered by God; whose desire is to please God and serve Him wholeheartedly, living in obedience to His word and His call on their lives.

About

The TVAP is a six month committment which begins on March 1st and ends on August 31st. After the application is completed and turned in, an interview will be set up with the TVEC staff and applicant. A required parent meeting follows after the apprentices are chosen. There is room for four apprentices in each TVAP season. Apprentices are encouraged to participate in riding lessons to expand their horsemanship skills. The apprentices also gain more leadership with the volunteers during clinics and lessons. These leadership areas include teaching, administrative/programming and farm management. During the program, apprentices will be challenged in their walk with God, encouraged to seek God's purpose for their lives, taught foundational leadership principles straight from God's word and given high standards to live and serve by. True leadership is servanthood. Although the TVAP is a very serious committment, it is worth it for an individual who desires to grow closer to God, serve in horse ministry and build lasting relationships.
